PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   Available in Black, Grey,White or Brown. These are automatic vents which open and close to control air flow in crawl spaces. They come with a lifetime warranty and will open and close so you don't have to worry about doing it every change of the season. Working by implementing a thermo controlled spring, these "smart" vents will close when it's cold and open when it's hot.

WHERE TO USE IT:   Any crawl space.  Simply by fitting it into the space where the old one was or knocking out a cinder block and fitting the vent into that space. Each one comes with mounting hardware to provide a snug fit. They are 8 inches tall by 16 inches wide with a "frame" that is 1 inch which makes for a nice looking fit when installed.

RATE OF APPLICATION:    As many as is needed to provide adequate ventilation. The rule to follow is that a vent should be installed for every 10 feet of foundation wall.
