United Termite & Pest is effecient, thorough and ALWAYS on time for all of your real estate closings. We have access to MULTEC lock boxes and provide inspections for all types of closings, including VA,FHA & Conventional.

We are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions your clients may have and we will make sure the WDI reports get to you ON TIME!

We understand that realtors have a lot of things to take care of when trying to close on a house and we feel that waiting on the "TERMITE REPORT" is not one item you should worry about.

**IMPORTANT**

When calling our office, please specify the settlement date. The WDI Report (Wood Destroying Insect Information Report) is good for 30 days from the date of inspection and depending on certain lenders, void thereafter. We try to schedule as close to the settlement date as possible, incase of the unexpected and it does not take place. Therefore, giving you extra days after the intended settlement date. This helps the Realtor avoid an additional inspection to be preformed and the required fee.
