We will come to your home or business, assess the problem (if any), letting you know if treatment is needed.
Thorough Inspections
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of a thorough inspection. Doing a good inspection gives us a better evaluation of the structure. We’ll be able to identify the locations of the infestation and any damage that has been done. A thorough inspection will put us in a position to make the best recommendation.
Proper Communication
After the inspection, Tom will tell you the termite situation of your house. If you are interested, he will point out to you the locations where infestations where found or damage as well as give you advice on what to do to eliminate conditions that can lead into infestations. A written report is prepared that will have a foundation diagram of your house with the approximate locations of the infestation. If no evidence of termite activity is found, a treatment for prevention will be offered, providing you with peace of mind. A yearly inspection of your home from that date will be preformed for the indicated fee written on your contract at time of the prevention treatment . Recommended.

I, Tom Sears, am directly involved in all termite and pest control works, preforming all treatments myself. I am the person you will always see at your home or business for service. Unlike other companies, different technicians with different views on treatments. This has always been a personable plus with all our customers.

Quality comes with a price. But do not get me wrong, we are not expensive either, compared to some. We do not have a large overhead as the big companies do. The bottom line is that, you will not be spending your hard earned money on something that you do not really need.
